Thanks to the family of George Boote 2479324 (deceased) for these photographs from the Summer of 1950.
George did his National Service training at RAF Bridgnorth from 11th July to 20th Sept 1950, as part of 17 Flt, 3 Wing.
The family have "a silver tug of war medal which he won, it has RAF Bridgnorth written on the edge."
