Thanks to the family of Douglas Joss for this photograph of the 32 Elementary Air Gunners course in 1943.
They say that "Doug celebrated his 95th birthday in May 2016"

There is also a copy of the photograph in the collection at the Bridgnorth Visitors Information Centre.
A caption on the back of that photograph appears to read;
"D.A Joss, middle front row. Returned to Bridgnorth in 1963 as the Station's last Officer Commandant."
